About Chef Lindsay
Stuart Lindsay has been a Chef for the past 35 years. He started his cooking career at Jack's Deli in N E Philly when he was only 15. At that age, he needed a way to earn money to go skiing with friends. Jack's Deli offered him that opportunity. After high school, Chef Stuart went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales College in Providence, RI.
Chef Stuart spent the early part of his career working in large hotels producing high-volume catered events such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and corporate events. He then moved for a few years to the Country Club Circuit and spent nearly a decade as the Executive Chef for AstraZeneca.
Most recently Chef Stuart has been the Chef at West Chester University. And now, he is focusing his culinary passion to bring you the very best of the personal chef experience. He will eliminate the hassle of having to plan, shop, and prepare meals. This personal service is invaluable for today's busy lifestyle.
